At Redhill Dental Care, we want to make every visit as pleasant as possible.
On your first visit to us, please proceed to our reception desk where our receptionist will greet you. You will be asked to fill out a short questionnaire, which will include any medications that you may be taking. If you have any problems filling out the form, the receptionist will always be on hand to help. You will be asked to hand this form to the dental nurse.
If you have children, you will also be asked to sign and date a NHS patient declaration form for each child.
You will then be asked to take a seat in our comfortable waiting area.
Our dental nurse will then invite you to come through to meet the dentist.
Our first task will be to try to make you feel at ease and listen to you. We will ask you about your dental history and we will want to know what you would like us to achieve for you. This might just be to help you with your tooth brushing and oral hygiene or it may be to work towards a cosmetic make over. We will encourage you to ask any questions and will provide you with a full range of treatment options you may require.
Your initial consultation with us will include the following:
A full mouth examination of teeth and all the soft tissues to assess any dental or gum disease. The examination will also allow us to spot any abnormalities associated with mouth cancer or other medical problems.
Digital X-rays, the results of which will be discussed and treatment options given if required.
Of course you may well want to have some time to think over the options and then come back to us with a decision or even a further consultation. The dentist will send your treatment plan through to reception.
Once the dentist has completed your consultation he will ask you to go through to reception.
A printed treatment plan estimate will then be provided at reception, if further treatment is required. All the costs will be itemised.
You may only require an appointment for a clean and polish, before your next 6 month/9 month recall appointment. If so, our receptionist will arrange your appointment. All future recall appointments will include a clean and polish.
For enquiries or to make an initial appointment, please call us on 01933 677719 or email us at info@redhilldentalcare.co.uk
For Adults, we offer several methods of payment: Denplan Care, Denplan Essentials or Pay As You Go. For our current price list, please go to our Price page.

We Welcome Children
We can help you teach your children about how important it is to clean their teeth properly, as well as showing them what they need to do. We can talk to them about healthy eating, and also identify any potential problems, such as alignment issues, as soon as they become visible.Above all, we want you to feel relaxed and welcome. If one of your little ones cries or gets fidgety (or even one of your older ones), we want you to know that no-one here minds. Children will be children. What matters is that your children grow up viewing dental care as an essential part of their self-care, so that they can feel confident about their smile for the rest of their lives.
